Are you insured and bonded?

  • Yes we are. We carry worker’s compensation insurance, liability insurance, and are bonded.

Is my cleaning person thoroughly screened?

  • Yes they are. We perform background checks and references checks. We will also be happy to provide you with references from current clients

How about training?

  • All of our crew are trained in the C.O.R.E. system with videos, manuals, and hands-on instruction. Periodically, we have “refresher” courses so that our high quality remains consistent. We keep our employees motivated by offering bonuses for exceptional service.

How will I know that they work for you when they come to my house?

  • Our staff drives company cars and wear uniforms.

Do I need to provide anything for the cleaning?

  • That depends. If you live in NJ, we will supply all of the cleaning products except including the vacuum. We ask that you supply the trash bags.If you live in NY, you will need to supply the cleaning products, the vacuum, and a place to store them at your home. Of course, if you like we can purchase the supplies and you will be charged the cost of the supplies and a $25.00 handling fee.

Do I have to be home when you come to clean?

  • It is up to you. We do ask though that if you are home, you are not in the rooms we are cleaning.

Do I have to organize my house before you come?

  • We suggest that you put everything that you can away. Our crews will not organize your home unless you have ordered that service.

What about my valuables?

  • Please be sure to put jewelry, cash, and any other valuables in a safe place.

I have a pet. Does it need to be locked up?

  • Although we love pets, we don’t want your pet to get into the cleaning products so we prefer that the pet is not in the same room we are cleaning.

Do you use green products?

  • Yes we use environmentally safe products. Please note though, if your shower/tub has mold or mildew we will use bleach to remove it before we continue cleaning.

Is window cleaning included?

  • We will clean your windowsills, but window cleaning is extra.

How do I pay you?

  • Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and all credit cards.

What if I have to cancel the appointment?

  • We require a minimum of 24 business hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment. We ask that you call our office during regular business hours to avoid a $50.00 cancellation fee. Also, if we are unable to enter the premises for a scheduled cleaning, you will be billed for the full amount of that cleaning.
