6 – Tortillas, taco sized
8oz Whipped cream cheese
½ lb. Thinly sliced turkey breast
3 Carrots, peeled and cut in thin matchbook slices
1 English cucumber, peeled and cut in thin matchbook slices
2 Avocado, sliced
Lay the tortillas out flat on your kitchen counter. Spread each tortilla with a thin layer of cream cheese
Add 1 or 2 slices of turkey meat on top of the cream cheese and then add a few slices of carrot, cucumber and avocado.
Roll each tortilla up and cut in half. Then take the 2 halves and cut each one of those in half as well. You will have 4 roll ups at this point. If the roll ups are wanting to unfold, place a tooth pick in the side of each roll up to secure it in place. Place the roll ups in a plastic container and enjoy!
